Translations: To have all players enjoy the new contents, we pushed out the English version of updates first. We are currently working hard on the multi-language translaltion, and it will be available soon in new few updates.

Monthly Card: We are aware of the issue on Monthly Card after the patch. Nessisary compensation will be issued to all monthly card subscribers after the problem been solved.  

Hunter's Moon Celebration Gift IX: There is a visual bug on the requirement that is under fixing. The gift actually requires 180,000 points to be unlocked.

Templar Skin: We have noticed this issue and it should be fixed very soon.

Demon Hunter Skin: The Demon Hunter costume is still unavailable in game current version. Apparently, player should not be able to get the item from divination pool. If you have got it from divination, please contact us via in-game support system , five costume fragments will be sent as compensation.
